We have taken our Workplace Financial Literacy Program that has been successful for large companies and have made it available for the small business. In today’s ever-competitive markets, you as a small business can provide “big business” benefits. We are not talking about large investments in insurances or retirement benefits, but rather a minimal investment in educating your employee on the right way to handle money. To clarify, Lighthouse is not a bank, financial planner or insurance company looking to open a new account. Our motives are clear and defined EDUCATE, EQUIP and INSPIRE.
