Using the program we had employees attend a weekly meeting. They were taught the how's and why's of financial literacy. How and why to use credit, cash and even investments. Learning how to be better off financially, which in turns helps them become a better employee. We feel the program is a success and have a better employee and workplace for it. We would highly recommend this program for other business as well.

Lighthouse Coaching was a wonderful resource as I was looking for another job. NEW BUSINESS PLAN SAVED ME THOUSANDS!

My biggest surprise was how quickly I could pay off my mortgages! I'm a real estate investor and I wanted Dave to look at my business finances to see if there was something I was missing. There was! Dave showed me a plan to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest and have all of my properties paid off in just 10 years! I was prepared to be making payments for the next 27 years, talk about a stress reliever!

My wife and I are fairly financially savey, We have no credit card debt, no second mortgage, and no car payments. TESTIMONY OF HOPE RESTORED

After the loss of a family member, my spouse and I went into a season of wreckless spending. We aquired around $32,000 of loans and credit card debt. We were going into the red about $4-$500 a month buying whatever the impulse was at the time. The ironic thing was that I used to be a financial budget counselor and knew these bad habits would catch up to us sooner than later. Grief makes you do things you wouldn't usually do. While we have maintained a good credit score and current on all of our bills, we have relied on the overdraft to make up the difference.

After running out of closets to hide our debt, we decided to seek help. Dave Williams of Lighthouse has been just that to us, a lighthouse. His mentoring and financial advice is moving us in the right direction to be consumer-credit debt free in about 2 years. He has given us the encouragement and the plan we needed to accomplish this goal. I would highly reccommend Lighthouse to anybody who wants to be free from the prison of debt.

Even though I wasn't pursuing another job at the time, going the 48 Days series made me realize that there are other opportunities out there that would better suite my personality. I was able to learn more about myself and find job opportunities that were more in line with my interests. I would recommend ANYONE to Dave Williams for financial coaching, and especially those who are going through divorce. Not only was Dave’s approach very “grounding” for me to have someone walk me through and analyze what I had to work with and how to manage it, but his heart for those in pain is very large. His principles are sound, his personality winsome, his passion to empower others unmatched. It’s been 6 months since my divorce. I’m doing well on my cash system. FPU RESULTS

I had heard a lot about Dave Ramsey and Financial Peace University and finally decided it was time to attend a class to see what I could learn. I fit into the category of doing okay, but could be doing better. In a few short weeks, I learned so much about financial areas like investments, insurance, budgeting, consumer debt and more. Had I attended this class several years ago when I first heard about Dave Ramsey, I would have avoided several costly mistakes. Someone asked me what I thought about the cost of the class, because there is a small price for the materials. My reply to that question is the cost of not attending the class sooner was thousands of dollars lost.

During the course of the class several things occured that were unexpected such as a refund for a big purchase and unexpected income. I was able to apply the extra funds to consumer debt and pay some debts down faster than expected. I believe that diligent efforts to get out of debt are met by a God who helps to shoulder the burden that you are under. Each person's financial picture will look different, but it's the same God that meets us where we are at and walks with us through the tough times.
